Mark took the time to have a very good understanding of what we were looking for in an investment property. We were able to trust him to look at properties for us as we live in another state. His communication was great throughout the process and he gave great insight to what was going to need to be fixed. He was always very honest and patient. Mark was great through the whole process of buying our new house and selling our old house. He was very knowledgeable on what to look for when we were walking through houses. He was always just a phone call away (and even answered on vacation). He even saved our house from being an indoor swimming pool. While we were on vacation ourselves someone doing a walkthrough messed up the drain to the sump pump. Mark came over and fixed it!!! He went above and beyond throughout our entire process.

Received minimal to no communication ovation regarding the sale. He was asked to contact both me and my uncle for all updates. Neither of us received info without heckling him for it. Sale finally went through but not without everything being an absolute pain. I don’t recommend him at all.

I am far away from Dayton but I can say my husband and my brother also had a good experience with this person.
